SousChef Help

To change the amount of a single ingredient, click the ingredient and select Change Amount from the drop-down menu. Pick a scaling factor from the drop-down list or choose Custom to enter a number not on the list.

Note that SousChef will not allow you to scale an ingredient down if doing so will divide it into too small of a measurement.
